As a consumer, you have a legal right of withdrawal: this means that you can return your online purchase within 15 days of receipt without giving any reason and receive a full refund of the purchase price.<\/p>\n

\nReturn the product in its original packaging within 15 days of your notification.
\nOnce we have received and checked the product, we will refund the purchase price.

Products that we print or personalize for you are specially made for you. Because this involves extra labor and material costs, a different return procedure applies to these items:<\/p>\n

\nWe will look at the best solution together with you, such as a correction, replacement or compensation, because we always strive for satisfied customers.<\/p>\n
