Can we see a proof before the full order goes into production?

Yes. Before we start production, you receive a digital proof showing exactly how your logo or artwork will appear on the mug. This gives you the chance to review placement, colors, and proportions, and to request adjustments if needed. Only once you have approved the proof do we proceed with printing.

What file formats do you accept for logo and artwork submission?

Vector files such as AI, EPS, or high-resolution PDF work best, as they allow clean, sharp results at any size. If you only have a JPEG or PNG, send it over anyway and we will assess whether the resolution is sufficient. Our team is happy to advise if any adjustments are needed before production starts.

What materials are available for custom mugs?

Is there a minimum order quantity for printed mugs?

How far in advance should we order for an event or deadline?

Ordering at least two to three weeks ahead of your deadline is a practical rule. This allows time for artwork approval, production, and delivery without last-minute pressure.
