Can we see a proof before production starts?

Yes. Before we go into full production, you will receive a digital proof showing exactly how your logo or artwork will appear on the lunch box or lunch pot. This gives you the chance to review the placement, sizing, and colours before anything is printed. We only proceed once you have given your approval.

How do we submit our logo or artwork?

We accept vector files such as AI or EPS, as these give the sharpest results. PDF files with embedded fonts also work well. If you only have a raster file such as a PNG or JPG, send it over and we will assess whether the resolution is sufficient. Our team will let you know upfront if any adjustments are needed.

What materials are the lunch boxes and lunch pots made from?

Our range includes products made from plastic, stainless steel, and bamboo-composite materials, among others. Each material has its own weight, durability, and finish characteristics. If you have a specific requirement — for example, food-safe certification or a more sustainable option — let us know and we will point you towards the most suitable choice.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Minimum quantities vary by product, but smaller runs are often possible. For clubs or businesses ordering for the first time, this is a practical way to test a product before committing to a larger batch.

What lead time should we allow before an event or deadline?

As a rule, we recommend allowing at least two to three weeks from artwork approval to delivery, though this can vary depending on the product and order size. If you are working towards a fixed event date, share that date with us early so we can plan accordingly.
