Can we see a proof before our cups go into production?

Yes. Before we start production, we send you a digital proof showing how your logo or artwork will appear on the cup. You approve this first, so there are no surprises when your order arrives.

How do we submit our logo or artwork?

We accept vector files such as AI, EPS, or high-resolution PDFs. If your file is in a different format, send it over anyway — we'll check whether it's usable and let you know if adjustments are needed. Clear artwork leads to a sharper result on the finished product.

Which material should we choose for our cups?

That depends on the setting. Reusable cups suit clubs and recurring events where durability matters. Disposable options work well for one-off gatherings or situations where convenience is a priority. If sustainability plays a role in your decision, we have options made from more responsible materials as well.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

How much lead time do we need before an event?
