- Capacity: 300 ml for a quick post-workout shake, 500 to 700 ml if the shaker doubles as a water bottle.
- Powder compartment: useful for members who bring their protein from home.
- Run size: below 500 pieces choose a small-run model; above that your own colours are usually cheaper per piece.
- Use: for resale at the bar choose a leak-proof shaker with a printed cap; as a welcome gift a simpler model will do.

Yes, on the shakers in your own colours. There you also choose the colour of the cup and the cap.
Which capacity is chosen most?
Gyms usually choose 600 to 700 ml, because members also use the shaker as a water bottle. A 300 ml shaker works well as a compact gift.
