Which capacity?
500 to 550 ml is enough for a short training or match and fits any bottle cage. 750 ml is for long rides, hot days and anyone who does not want to refill halfway.
Squeeze or drink from a spout?
With a soft-squeeze bottle you squeeze the drink out without unscrewing the cap: handy on the bike or during a match. The Daiya has a soft spout and an extra wide opening, which makes refilling and cleaning easier.
