Can we see a proof before the full order goes into production?

Yes. Before we start production, you will receive a digital proof showing exactly how your logo or artwork will appear on the bottle. This gives you the chance to review placement, colours, and sizing, and request adjustments if needed. Only once you have approved the proof do we proceed with printing.

How do we submit our logo or artwork?

We ask for vector files where possible — formats such as AI, EPS, or PDF work best and ensure sharp results at any size. If you only have a raster file such as a PNG or JPG, send it over and we will assess whether it meets the required resolution. Our team will guide you through the process if you are unsure what to prepare.

What bottle materials are available?

Tacx bottles are available in different materials, including standard plastic and BPA-free variants. The right choice often depends on the intended use — cycling events, sports clubs, or corporate giveaways each have their own practical requirements. Is there a minimum order quantity for printed Tacx bottles?

How much lead time do we need ahead of an event or deadline?

As a general guideline, allow at least two to three weeks from artwork approval to delivery. For larger orders or during busy periods, more time is advisable. If you have a fixed event date, let us know early so we can plan production accordingly.
